Through seven years of passionate interest and hands-on experience in virtual assistance, I have become the visionary leader of JUSTK - a boutique virtual assistance agency and community that ignites growth and inspires greatness through collaboration and creativity.

As an Online Business Manager, I am the intermediary between businesses and their virtual assistants. I function as a project manager and mentor for VAs, helping businesses to maximize their productivity and achieve their goals. I have gained extensive experience working independently and with agencies, collaborating with over 15 businesses, and managing a team of 5 virtual assistants.

Through hard work and dedication, I have achieved degrees and certifications in Business Management, Marketing Management, and Digital Marketing from universities across Lithuania, Portugal, and Turkey. Despite having lived in four different countries over the last decade, I have maintained a strong focus on my career, working in the remote work industry for seven years. It has allowed me to develop a deep expertise in virtual assistance, client success, and online business management.
Our Story
Slightly more than two years ago, I quit my job in a virtual assistance agency and decided to take a break to reflect, dream, sleep, and eat. However, after not even a month, I started receiving more and more requests from clients interested in collaborating with me and virtual assistants who wanted to learn from me, consult with me, and work together.
I had to decide what to do next, so I expanded my team. One by one, my mentees joined my team, and together, we fulfilled the mission of the JUSTK brand—to help people delegate their tasks effectively and achieve long-term goals and results.
